1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PropFirmGeeks ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, peace out — don't use the Site. These terms apply to visitors, registered users, and anyone contributing content.

2. Who Can Use The Site

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

Prop trading and financial markets may be regulated differently in your jurisdiction. You're responsible for making sure using the Site and any firms we review is legal where you live.

3. Accounts

• • You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
• • You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• • Give us accurate info (real email, real details). Fake accounts or impersonation get banned.
• • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content (Reviews, Comments, Votes)

When you post a review, comment, vote, or any other content on the Site:

• • You confirm it's your own content (or you have permission to post it).
• • You grant PropFirmGeeks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on and off the Site.
• • Your content must be truthful and based on actual experience.
• • No fake reviews, no astroturfing, no review-for-hire. We detect and nuke this stuff.
• • No hate speech, no personal attacks, no illegal content.
• • We may edit, remove, or refuse to publish any content we determine violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Don't do any of this:

• ✗ Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data without written permission
• ✗ Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Site
• ✗ Post fake reviews, spam, or misleading content
• ✗ Impersonate any person or entity
• ✗ Use the Site for illegal purposes
• ✗ Attempt to extort or blackmail prop firms using negative reviews as leverage
• ✗ Upload malicious code, viruses, or exploits
• ✗ Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, firm representatives, or our team

6. Affiliate Disclosure

PropFirmGeeks earns commission when you sign up with certain prop firms through links on our Site. This is how we keep the lights on.

Important: affiliate relationships do not influence our rankings or reviews. Our methodology is publicly documented at /methodology — we apply it the same way to every firm, affiliate or not.

Affiliate links are tagged with sponsored and nofollow in the HTML per FTC guidelines. When you click one, we or the firm may track the referral via cookies — details in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers — NOT Financial Advice

Our reviews, rankings, and ratings are opinions based on publicly available information, our methodology, and community feedback. They're for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Trading involves substantial risk. Past performance does not predict future results. Prop firms change rules, alter payout terms, or shut down — sometimes without notice. Always read the firm's official Terms of Service, verify current offerings, and do your own due diligence before sending any money.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind — express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of any content or the Site itself.

8. Third-Party Sites & Firms

The Site links to third-party prop firms and services. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms, pricing, rule changes, payout decisions, or any outcomes from using them. Your relationship with any prop firm is strictly between you and that firm.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site, our logo, brand name, methodology, scoring systems (Geek Flag, Geek Verdict), design, copy, and all original content are owned by PropFirmGeeks or licensed to us. You can't copy, reproduce, or redistribute our proprietary content without written permission.

Firm logos, trademarks, and brand names mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used under fair use for informational and editorial purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PropFirmGeeks, its owners, operators, and contributors are NOT liable for:

• • Trading losses or losses from dealings with any prop firm
• • Inaccuracies or errors in reviews, ratings, or other content
• • Downtime, data loss, or site unavailability
• • Third-party actions (including prop firms changing or canceling their offerings)
• • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) US $100 or (b) the amount you've paid us directly in the last 12 months (which is probably $0 because the Site is free).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PropFirmGeeks from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your User Content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — especially if you violate these terms. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the Site evolves. Material changes will be announced via banner or email. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PropFirmGeeks is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration or small-claims court where permitted.

15. Miscellaneous

• • If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• • Our failure to enforce any right doesn't mean we've waived it.
• • These terms (plus the Privacy Policy) are the full agreement between you and PropFirmGeeks about use of the Site.
